Pre-Sweety by DHS (Atari ST gravedigger intro)

Abandoned and buried 27K Atari ST intro from 1998. Resurrected 25 years later (but not changed in any way) for the Nordlicht GRAVEDIGGER compo.

Why pre-Sweety then? Guess some screens were planned for your so cute demo featuring lots of great tunnel effects?

This is what was in the works for EIL99. Then Cream released ..do things and we restarted the demo with new code (it's mentioned in the readme).

The spectrum soundchip sounded good in the ST ,i take it that was because of the extra kb .

It's not the same soundchip, the ST chip is the YM2149f which have twice the envelope precision over the AY-3-8912. Apart from that, the ST clocks the chip higher. The spectrum have it at 1.7734 MHz and the ST at 2 MHz.
Despite those differencies, the same song on both machines sound very similar. You'll find plenty of great ZX AY tracks in Spectrum demos if you look around: ua-cam.com/video/2l1KT0OZPKU/v-deo.html
