great location but the retail portion of KL eco city is almost all dead even with the high ocupancy rate of the office tower the traffic is pretty bad as many use the road to get onto federal and Setia dont like it, keep changing the way of flow, block some lane and purposely close the ramp so that people do a big circle around the city before going anywhere
Yea, it's just a very congested part of KL. It's really tough for the KLEC mall too. Plus covid is just making things worst unfortunately. Anyway, as always thanks for sharing:)
Great sharing, but the development itself it’s really congested. Parking space are limited with rocketed parking rates. Physical office might be slowly outdated as many industry are progressing to wfh after the pandemic, that might be the reason sales isn’t that good for office spaces for now. I hope you would do a review on the bangsar south offices with very good landscaped public spaces in between towers.

Plenty of such offices in KL CITY. Personally, i think if your business require such "luxury" space then u may rent / buy these units.. Such offices attracts high profile customers / companies, they usually demand for designer FF. If you have connections / get to rent to these MNC companies, it will create a handsome return for your investment. I would not invest in one for sure. =) It has too limited of target customers, and everyone will be targeting to rent to the same people. however, if i am running a consultancy business, with good profit margin & Required customers to come over all the time. i will consider one of these spaces (to impress them).
How I find good price and a bit space home in Ampang for my friend who need new house
