I think my favorite thing about these speedruns of yours is that you periodically update your skin to reflect how much time your guy has spent in direct sunlight climbing. Started cherry red, went to an inhuman purple, then to a pitch black with blue lava seams. Can't wait to see what you'll do next time it changes!
3:56 - Instead of jumping into the water, you can skip that entire section by climbing directly up the concrete pillar with both hands. This should save a ton of time. Distortion2 does this in his recent speed run attempts on Twitch.
You are very rapidly improving. I counted about 52 seconds of backtracking / mistakes, although I am seriously impressed with the speed of your progression. Keep it up!

Man, I miss the original onlyup game era. It was really fun competition, WR is made every day or so worldwide from many countries and streamers. Too bad the game no longer available on steam and loss its popularity.
It looks so so puny to read "old wr" on one day old video. This makes me think how low, greedy and dumb people are for just a moment of being on top, even though it's clear that the real wr people will look up to is the one that will stand the test of time. They should make some sort of testing period for speedruns to let the time goals settle first.
I can see a sub 8 possible with a very clean run. But, I'm not sure a sub 7 is possible unless the community figures out a large short-cut or some new tech. Nonetheless insane run dude you are a true professional!
