He ccepted from Odebrech (company that has lots of illegal benefits) as a 'gift' an U$178.000,00 reform in his three floors apartment in Guarujá, this company and another named OAS also provided him a reform in his little farm in Atibaia city (you can find it on Wikipedia). Many members of his team was sent to jail, Paloci, Cerveró, José Genoíno, Zé Dirceu, and many others. They used secret names to talk and email and share money each other, but he was sent to jail anyway. He isn't considered inocent, they just decided that an state court wasn't the rights to condemn a president. His judgement was suspend (it don't means he's inocent).
