A lot of people think that the Zoella's advent calendar price is ridiculous, well, here is the example of a rediculous advent calendar price with pretty shitty things in it, for around 2 pounds for each saying about the actual price of items
Zoellas was pretty shitty price too
I could have purchased it with the Kikki K 30% off sale for AUD$105. I didn't but I'm glad I saved my money as I don't see the value.

Kikki K’s products all look very aesthetically pleasing but are generally overpriced.
This calendar is ok, but the things look very small and not something I would buy.
Agreed on that! I wouldn't mind receiving it as a gift, but not sure I would normally have purchased it for myself (unless I ran this channel hehe)
Watching this unboxing fulfilled my need to have this, so that just saved me over a hundred dollars ;)
(but if any of my friends or family would gift this to me I'd still be the happiest girl alive haha)

Yep but at least this one has 24 "stationary" stuff with a couple of Christmas thingys instead of only 12. I think the Kiki. K brand it's kinda expensive so thats why she isn't upset with spending 100+ dolars on pens and a giant clip

Wow, the stuff was really cute but there was like 3 or 4 days with pens and at least 4 or 5 days with notes/booklets. Those couldnt have been worth more then 2-3 bucks combined...

Just because you add more money to the price, doesn't make it more expensive to produce. It literally takes couple cents to produce each of those items. It's fine if you price it $1 for most of those items in that calendar, but not 150 for 25 items, it's ridiculous.
Pens in Australia are $3.95 for a basic one. The gold one would've been $9.95. Costs more here than in US. I worked it out to be about $105. Then you have the packaging.
It’s super cute, if you have the cash why not but definitely overpriced (kinda typical of Kikki k) think I’ll be keeping to the chocolate calendars

I agree with that too, that's why maybe they make their products "gifts" that you buy for others, just so ppl who receive them think you're generous for gifting them items as oppose to just any cheap item... lol

I like the calendar its nice and classy a nice gift for a student or someone with an office
An approximate of the top of my head value (I'm not looking them up) is about $200AU, give or take $20-ish. I'm getting this and heap of other stuff too.

Those star ornanents❤😍❤. I think they would also make a pretty travelers notebook charm, if your friends don't want to have them on a tree. Then they could look at their friend-stars more often.

People are complaining that this is overpriced, but you pretty much know/expect what you're going to get since Kikki.K is a stationery store, and its individual products are normally priced pretty high anyway. Like, I'm pretty sure one of those star ornaments was like $10 last time I walked into a store.

Guys the zoella calendar is originally around $80 Australian dollars and it had half of what was in here so in reality if Zoe had 25 days instead of 12, her calendar would have been the same or even more expensive :/

The price of this makes it a luxury item - but so does the presentation and array of gifts. I like the nice variety of goodies. It is very sweet of you to take the time to do this and to care enough not to spoil it for those who want to be surprised. I love as you say lame - I say corny - but those are often the best ideas. We here in the USA call those clips binder clips - boring! I am calling them Bulldog clips from here on out ^_^ TFS

I got the other advent calendar from Kikki K for $24 (Originally $30 but i got 20% off) and each day (1 - 25) came with a cute rubber and a gratitude prompt. The one I got was GREAT value and much better then this one for $129!

really not worth the price what a rip off!
I found most of the stuff online (its already overpriced on the website) and the value was of 174AUD , excluding 6 items - 2 notepads, 2 sets of cards, mini bulldog clips and round paperclips. It’s very expensive, but it’s better value than buying everything on its own on the website.
I feel sorry everything got mixed up I think my kikki k did that one it was the 2019 one

Frankly I feel like the majority of advent calendars are over priced and you are really just paying extra for that "special" feelings that honestly lasts for a while and very soon disappears once the entire thing is opened! I buy them for the channel to show others, but I personally would defintely recommend you pick up only the individual items you want :)

Agreed, unfortunately I think calling it Kikki K and Xmas Advent calendar means there will be a price increase. Kinda like how normal flowers are fine, but wedding flowers cost so much more!

Kikki K is NOT an Australian company. It's Swedish. They even make quite a big deal out of it on their website that they're Swedish, hard to miss.
Hi! I think it's easy to confuse this because they do promote the Swedish style a lot of their website, since the founder of Kikki K Kristina is actually from Sweden. However she migrated to Melbourne, Australia when she was 22 to be with her partner who is an Aussie. And in 2001 she opened Kikki K's first boutique in Melbourne Central (I've been collecting Kikki K since 2001). The head office for Kikki K is based in Port Melbourne, so it is an Australian company. You're welcome to check out their LinkedIn page to help clarify further, or just google around for the head office of Kikki K :)

This is the silliest and most overpriced advent calendar I've ever seen. I'm glad I didn't know about this company before because they are ridiculously overpriced for everything they sell. This advent calendar is different colored versions of things you could buy at a dollar store of some sort. Definitely not worth even $50.
