    Hello Hai! I just got my L1800 printer and I follow you video about setup the new printer it was great. do you know anything about burnt fuse on motherboard ,because my printer just stop printing and technical support said that is the problem. The printer just does't print even the nozzle lines pattern to check the head clogs. the printer is one week new in my place, I dd the daily maintenance the last design of the 6 I printed was missing the white color I flush the tubes, did head cleaning, and not fixed the problem. I sad that the printer is not working any more. support is shipping new fuses I think according to them that is the problem, do you think or know anything about how can be fix it? I hope you can help. because you videos are great you teach wonderful hope procolored hires you or give rewards. thank you.

      I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with your printer. It can be super frustrating, especially when you need to meet deadlines for customers. I haven’t had that problem with mine. If they’re sending you a new motherboard, they’ll probably have an instructional video to help you out. Just a heads up, the videos are usually subtitled, but they’re pretty easy to follow. Let me know how the repair goes!

    Great tutorial! I just purchased my Procolor l1800 and i am trying to print an all white image but it keeps coming out with black around the edges. Can you help me?

      it may be your file, zoom in 200% or 400% in photoshop to see if there's a black outline

    How can you change the choke so that it doesn’t print a lot of white on the back of the image?

    • @HaiTech
      @HaiTech  2 дні тому +1

      you want to choke the white if it's leaking around the edges. i personally have never had to choke the white. i think if you need to choke the white, your design may need to be edited in photoshop (zoom in 200% to see if there's a white border).
      If you're trying to choke the white to "save on ink" it's not a good idea. the white is specially formulated to bond with the adhesive powder. not enough white and your print may fall apart after it's been pressed onto the shirt.

    Is there a way to just print the white

    • @HaiTech
      @HaiTech  16 днів тому

      yes you can. under the W1 and W2 settings you have an option to do White (positive) and White (negative). you could also turn the image white in photoshop and import it into the pro rip software.
