He literally signed the contract to fight Fury in 2021 but Fury was forced to have a third fight with Wilder. Wilder on the other hand himself confirmed he ducked Joshua for Fury, even tho AJ's camp sent him a better offer. Even now, AJ signed the contract to fight Wilder instead of Ngannou but Wilder wet the bed in the Parker fight.

This is obviously a dangerous fight for aj fN is a big powerful opponent who surprised majority with his performance against fury showed he can box there is a but, I feel as much as I hate saying it fury looked like he didn't prepare well for that fight and was given a fight of his life but now I feel aj has struggled mentally since the first loss against ruiz and has appeared over cautious since then and then the 2 devistating ing defeats against usyk took him to a dark place now he's come back with his latest opponents and hooked up with Davis he now looks more positive and you can even see how better he is handling the press compared with before I now feel he will perform more like the unbeaten fighter he once was and will come through to show the difference between a great mma fighter compared with a great boxer which a lot of people are saying FN is and I'm not trying to be disrespectful to him.
