As for your case I'm not sure whether you are doing internal transit or you need to exit from the airport and enter again. Maybe you can check with the specific lounge that you would like to enter?

Yes. This lounge is at International Departure Terminal 1. I'm not sure whether you are doing transit or you need to go out and in again the customs. Maybe you need to check with your flight company.
If you pay for it, you still will be able to enjoy the buffet spread. but if by paying, i would suggest you to request to go in and check out the buffet spread first before paying. To gadge whether it is worth the paying price or not. sometimes they doesnt have good spread on that day and the amount you were paying for your wife might be able to get both of u a better meal in the airport :)
