I remember this from the Instagram Live! I knew it was Curry Crab & Dumplings but I didn't know the crab was going to end up IN the dumplings like Trini Potstickers! Great and clever idea. Easier to eat this way too. Can't wait to try this!

on behalf of those of us who can't cook, please position the camera more on the preparations instead of using 95% of the screen space to show the kitchen and chef. the preps are like all the way to the bottom edge...i found myself trying to peek over the computer screen to get a better view (hahaha)

usually if it’s in the can it’s raw real crab meat the imitation is usually frozen or in a package from my experience
