Thanks mate, good video. Helped me out. I did one thing different which was not removing the fan. We took off the intercooler inlet hose instead, but the video was straight forward and easy to follow. Good work and thumbs up.
@@angeluripalda No worries. Actually I should clarify, we took off the hose coming from the intercooler to the throttle body, which is on the right hand side looking from the front of the car back over the engine bay toward the windscreen so that's actually the intercooler outlet hose not what I said before. But good video and it was a help. Thanks.
@@jasonsanders3397 Removing the intake tube going to the throttle body it depends on the fist size.hehe mine can basically fit..hehe by the way thank you for watching my diy. More diy's coming.Stay safe mate.
@@sketcheddraftingdesign6093 It was a year ago I did this, but from memory we did. I mean it makes sense. How are you going to pivot the tensioner on a locked up solid pivot point. So yes, much like when you replace and adjust an alternator belt on cars without a single serpentine arrangement (separate belts for alternator/waterpump, and AC), the pinch bolt would get loosened off. Otherwise you achieve nothing, and are just fighting a locked solid pivot
Do you know what other engines fit on a 2007 mitsubishi l200 2.5d,, been having problems with the one i have loosing power 1st 2nd gears, especially driving up hill, just had enough of it, been more time in garages then me driving it, i could do with engine swap just not sure what fits in it, any advice would help.. Thanks
@@angeluripalda what kind of modifications are necessary with the mounts? considering doing this swap as i have the n\a 4D56 in my L200 and its parthetically underpowered

Brilliant, love your videos, not a word needed, actions are the best explanation. Keep it up!! 10/10
Thanks for the great video, very helpful 👍

Do you need to loosen the 22mm nut ? I've watched other videos and all they loosen is the 12mm nut for the tensioner. Im about to tackle this myself.

Sorry for the late reply. Best for engine swap is 4m41 engine 3.2L slight modification on engine mounts.

ask kulang po ung puba 2016 strada gl, 4x4 manual.
wala puba talaga adjuster ang belt nya, 4d56
Meron po iyan adjuster. Yung nut na nasa taas ng ac belt pulley..

When to change the belt?
When it’s got cracking in the rubber
