Affirmations help create new thought patterns, also known as reprogramming your subconscious. The more you repeat phrases or affirm a new way of thinking the more change you will see and feel. It will impress in your subconscious mind and reflect it out -- making it your new reality where others conform to show/or give you your new thoughts. This video is a tool to help you manifest the version of you and the life you wish to have.

I recently changed my phone number and have been trying to get a hold of my SP to tell him. My texts aren't delivering to him unfortunately. I called him yesterday and left a voice-mail.. I've been feeling down but I listened to this and remember he's still my SP and he will find a way to reach out and we will see each other and we are meant to be! ❤
