You should have a card making event in the store where each participant can make a card for her!!! Charge a small registration fee and name the event after her! Then each day mail one of the cards to her! That would certainly make her smile and remind her that everything is still used and loved. I know thats what i would want if i had to give up my collection.
That is the greatest idea! I hope she does it. That would really bless the lady so much.
100% the best idea ever, please do this for her.
What a beautiful "pay it forward " idea. Thank you to @StaceyinTampa. 💟🎨👍
Wow what a great idea @Staceyintampa . Definitely, let’s all create a card for the original owner.
God bless you and your family. That's a very thoughtful idea very caring
I’m in awe of how well organized this lovely lady kept her supplies.
it's definitely a joy to go through
I’ve watched almost all of these videos and, while I’m really interested in what other crafters have, it breaks my heart! I’m 73, a widow living alone with my sweet chocolate lab, and dread the day someone makes a video of all the things I’ve loved that my children sold because they didn’t get it! I hope they offer my stuff to my younger crafty friends first?😢
make sure you tell them your wishes!! I don't have children but I've asked my niece and nephews if they want my store when I pass. They're still very young but they said they would love to take it 💖
I just love how organized she was! It must have been heartbreaking for her to have to give all this up!
Very bittersweet but happy it's going to good homes!
Lucky lucky you. Just going through the bins makes me smile.
Thank you, I'm so happy you're enjoying it!
I use the stamens for butterflies antennas
wait that's genius!
You definitely hit the jackpot pot! So many wonderful supplies! TFS❤️
Thank you! 🤗
Will definitely be buying the dies. Love them also. I have a friend who is gifting me all of her Stampin Up supplies as she no longer makes cards. She now makes beautiful quilts. Lucky me!
Aww that's awesome 🤩
WOW that squeezy tool is for spreading paint almost like blowing on it to get the paint to move! i want to come to your store I am in Orlando. I am so excited for you!!!
That would be cool! Thank you!
Looks like an air blower to spread ink drops across card stock.
Yes, it is to blow alcohol inks across the card to create a base design.
Happy they found you! Her supplies will be loved by you and others.
Thank you 😊
Agree! I’m loving that she sold everything to you (hope very reasonably). She can easily move on after an enjoyable life of collecting and crafting. I’d love to send her a card made with my stash! I’m getting lots of storage ideas.
@@beckyannwhite-mv6fp I hope so too! I think it was reasonable, we're not sharing for privacy reasons but it seemed pretty fair!
Just watching you go through the bin makes me want to get back to my crafting days such good goodies
Aww glad I can share some inspiration. What was your favorite crafting hobby?
@bottomofthebin_ my favorite is paper crafting
What a treasure!
Im jealous.
aw thank you
The die collection is amazing!! Sending good vibes to the lady who had to give up her adored craft supplies ❤
Thank you 🥰
wow, someone with more supplies than me lol- I'm very surprised you haven't heard of Elizabeth Crafts !
I'm surprised too, although I just recently got into stamps and die sets. My favorite so far is Pink and Main, and they're actually local so I get to visit their shop. Now I have a new brand to enjoy as well!
I’d want to keep it all, too hard to resist.
I don't know how I'm going to choose just a few things 😂
I can’t believe how recent some of the stuff is! Some of those supplies have come out in the past 2-3 years. Certainly, many are years older but a few are not!
She's definitely still crafting so there's a mix of everything
So exciting to know her collection is going to be loved still. If I wasn’t so far away I’d be in your store.
Aww thank you so much
The black rubber bulb is for moving ink around on a surface.
Ohhh, clever!
That's what I was thinking....it had something to do with moving liquid inks on the paper....like blowing thru a straw.
Alcohol inks to be specific!
@@rhondita95 thank you! I couldn't think of the kind of inks. Thank you!!!
Tim Holtz!
This is cool since I live in Bradenton FL. I'll look at it online for now. Thank you. Omg i could never give up my supplies. But i dont have 80 tubs worth either. I have a die cutter and dies only. Thats enough for me. 😊
aw we're so close, hope to see you someday! It shouldn't take more than an hour to get here.
I use the Aileen’s Over and Over on my Scan n Cut mats when I clean them off and restick them
Amazing find!!!💜
Thank you!!
OMG I want to go through all of that fun😊 I need all the glitter for my epoxy 😊😊
It's like a treasure hunt every day!
I am extremely jealous but happy for you. What a😢gold mine! I’m going to be in Tampa area this summer for Morgan Wallen. I need to come check out your store!
aw thank you. We'd love to have you visit!! We're closer to St. Pete but hope you can fit us into your trip.
I started hoarding craft supplies before I retired 11 years ago--I am a mere amateur compared to that dear lady! I love Stacey's comment about sending her cards!!! I think that is fantastic. I'd have each person make one for her and one for themselves!!! You could make packets of die cuts to sell! You could have kids' birthday parties with crafting as the theme! I used to have a Sunday School class composed of a group home for the developmentally disabled. They just LOVED making simple rubber stamped/sticker/ribbon/punched cards for any holiday for family members and friends. I am a dollhouse lover and make dh accessories--that gingerbread die would make a great dollhouse for a dollhouse!
Great ideas, thank you so much for sharing 🥰
Man, I wish I lived near! Glad you bought her things because you know their value!
Thank you 😭 It was definitely a meeting arranged from heaven!!
What a huge score. I am sure she was happy that someone who gets it bought her stuff
Thank you, I'm so happy to receive them!!
Following this series and checking out your website. My mom was a big crafter and card maker. I craft and see but not to the extent my mom did
Aww thanks for checking us out 🥰
Just the storage bins alone are worth money not mention the goodness of all those treasures,❤
Absolutely!!
I love how excited you get! I would be too, looking at all the combo dies! You are one lucky girl!
I'm so grateful. Thank you 😊
Omgoodness I see a few dies I want!! 😂
They're all so good!
I thought my stash was crazy, she had so much good stuff!
It's really impressive!!
I definitely would be jumping up and down with joy. I’m in love with stamps and dies, I’m a card maker. Enjoy!
You totally get it!
@@bottomofthebin_ 🤫
@@bottomofthebin_ ❤️💚🩵💙💜😁
Oh wow! Love the die/stamp set combos. I would be in heaven if I got that bin!
those are my favorites!
Just starting to watch your videos.
Woul love to know what you paid or all o this.
Thanks, so happy to have you here! We're keeping it private but it was a pretty fair deal, she named her price, and I should be able to double my investment!
You are so cute. So excited for everything! This is my first time watching one of your videos. This is everyone’s biggest fear. What will happen to your craft supplies when the time comes. She has her dies so organized!
I can’t wait to see stamps!
Wish I lived near your store. I’m up the coast, in Maryland.
I love that you are going to send her cards and things!
It's like a treasure hunt! Thanks so much for watching. I definitely understand, I had to go through my mom's things when she passed and it was very difficult. I kept reminding myself these were just 'things' and our memories are what lives on. I hope you can come visit us someday. I'll be sharing the cardmaking so everyone can see what I'll be sending her. Look forward to hearing from you again!
I can't imagine how hard it was for this woman to part with her wonderful collection of craft supplies but I am sure knowing they will go to appreciative crafters, made it easier. I use the Aleene's Tack it Over for unmounted stamps. If you put a thin layer on the back of the stamp and let it dry, it will cling to an acrylic block.
Thanks for the tip! She was so sad, but when she found me she kept saying someone in heaven brought us together and she had goosebumps when we shared stories. She's happy they're in the right hands and will be enjoyed for many more years 🥰
Omg I would be in heaven, ❤️ all the collection 😍😍🎉
it's a wonderful treasure hunt!
Love your excitement. I wish I lived near your store.
aww thank you! maybe you can visit someday
I'm a new subscriber today and following you. Wish your store was in Virginia near Richmond.
You're so sweet, thanks for the support! Hopefully we can be there some day!!
❤
I had something similar happen to me a lady was having a yard sale, she had a large 27 gallon plastic tote bin full of dies, it was late in the day I bought the WHOLE tote bin for a good price, I still have 90% of those dies 😊 the finds are out there😊
That's amazing!
Wauw wat gaaf ik hoop dat je er niet te veel voor hebt betaalt en wat goed georganiseerd ook
Thanks! I think I got a fair deal
Oh My Gosh, Steph ... I can't believe you popped up on UA-cam right in front of me ‼️‼️😃🤩 It's Kj, Fla Blue. 😂 I had no idea you were on UA-cam. This is adorable. I'm supposed to be getting ready for my cruise tomorrow, and here I am talking to you on UA-cam. I will miss you in April but I'll see you again in May. God bless you Sweetie. Have a wonderful Easter. 🐰 ❤🏖Kj in Tampa Bay 🤗
KJ!!! Hi friend, small world!! Enjoy your cruise. I'll miss you as well but I have some really fun sun catchers planned for May. Happy Easter to you and your family!!
That is an amazing collection, I wish I was as organized as her. The box with all the dies you pulled out a tool that was somewhat like a turkey baster. It is an alcohol ink blower and it is a lot of fun to play with and makes some cool prints. Because you mentioned how much you liked watercolor you should watch a video of how this works.
Bin #5 had had the Ranger alcohol blower. How far away from you did the woman move? It would be fun to watch a video of you two crafting together.
Great ideas, thank you! She's going out of state
So funny…the glitter with the MJDesigns sticker…that store is where I discovered scrapbooking 25 years ago! And that blue blower thing is for alcohol inks…..
oh that's awesome, thanks for sharing!!
She was so organized!!! This is amazing!! Wish I lived in Flordia!
aww maybe you could visit us some day
@@bottomofthebin_yes! We already figure out how you can be a stop when we are at a crop in Sarasota
@@Lisascraftycorner yay that's so exciting, can't wait to meet you!
I am enjoying watching you open the boxes. It makes me want to hear about the projects this lady made considering how extensive her collection is. Are you going to have all that you sell in the shop at once? I see a shopping spree in my future. 😂
Thanks, I wish I had more information about her projects. I just know she loves making greeting cards and jewelry. It's trickling into the shop as we price and process and have room for it. Hope you can come someday!
I'm from Clearwater. I wish I was visiting I would be at your store.
Aww hopefully one day!
Should sell themed lucky bags.
Like a mystery box?
@@bottomofthebin_ exactly!
If that tack it over and over... you can dilute it down and use it to restick your cricut mat.
oh smart, thank you!
My husband is from Dunedin so I was excited to hear where your shop is located.
wow, small world!! I love walking around Dunedin. Hope you can visit us someday!!
Wouldn't you love to see the things she made through the years?
I really would!
I need to find a place to sell my stuff I am not going to keep because I don’t have room in my place I moved to. You hit the jackpot ❤
Thank you! I hope you find somewhere
Actually all the die sets I would love to get! I am a die fan too!
I'm still trying to decide which ones to keep. I may have to give myself a number limit LOL but they will end up in our store, and if they don't' sell, onto ebay, so keep an eye out!
New subbi... you hit the jackpot. Please show what you end up keeping. 😊
Thanks for subbing! I'll definitely make a personal haul video
I gotta admit. Kinda jealous!
aww
Wow what a blessing I just got the NIV commentary set and the expository set to for 100 they look brand new 53 books yeah
Awesome!!
@@bottomofthebin_ he said it would be like a thousand dollars I am not sure but they can be pricey
That's wonderful
The bulb syringe is for blowing alcohol inks.
Thank you!
Oh my goodness, the amount of dies! Your friend had quite the collection. I agree with you, so far this is my favorite bin. The stamps and dies of the face and flowers was something I would love to play with.
It's so hard not to keep it all!
❤️❤️❤️
🥰
I just lost two storage full of crafts and furniture never got it in my home 😢 and mom got sick and didn’t pay it or say anything and in February it was sold for over $1500.00. I am disability but I am scared because where I live is expensive
I'm so sorry to hear that, sending lots of love. Hope you can get some stuff back!
@@bottomofthebin_ I am enjoying watching the unboxing 😊
The bulb is for use with alcohol inks.
Thanks!
Hi, im new to your channel. I'm so happy this woman's craft collection went to a good place. I'll keep you on mind when I go through my stuff and my mom's craft stuff. We are papercrafters.
Aww thank you 😊
I’ve been watching you every day seen u got these , which is heartbreaking but a great score for you.
She’s eighty therefore it hasn’t been 80 yrs of collecting.
If she’s watching your videos, which I hope not cuz I’d cry watching all my stuff. But it bugs me to hear you say “an 80 yr lady” ☹️
Look forward to next #6
Years this stuff is expensive….
You said you never heard of Elizabeth craft design lol
Looks like u might be picking up a new hobby lol
This is proof that buying craft supplies and doing actual crafts are two different hobbies. Also that glue is 34 yrs old 😅
You speak the truth! Yea my math was off, crazy the glue is almost as old as I am!
The glue is 34* years old 👀
👀
😳😃😳😃😳😃😳😃!
That sums it up
Are you really a crafter? You don't know Stamen's or the brand name of the stamp with the lady and the roses????
Do you realize how many thousands of supplies and brands exist?? 😂
5:25 um…. 1990… makes that glue 34 years old, not 24 😂😂😂
Close enough 😂
@@bottomofthebin_ hey, I’m with you… I think the 90s are only 20 years ago too… otherwise… we’re getting too old ourselves!
Need your Store Name?😊
