Yes. The same as some Alfa Romeo cars and Jeep-Chrysler cars back then. I think also Range Rover, and Toyota Land Cruiser. The Opel Frontera also had it, but a single head design later on.

Were they only Granadas in UK & Ireland & Scorpio everywhere else? Scorpio only being a trim level in UK/IRL.

For MK I in UK/Ireland it was meant "trimlevel" whereas in rest of sales market it was meant as name of the model series .. .
From MKII on the term "Scorpio" was commonised as name of model series all over the markets. Means if Germans for example refer on "Ford Scorpio" it can be any example from the 1980 towards the last in the late 1990 to early 2000

What turbo can you put on to give it more bhp i was told there 110 bhp and top speed is 110mph

Since in the days before a 68hp non turbo was common. The most powerful Audi diesel had only just head a 140hp option. This was 30 years ago

At that era, a 115 hp turbo diesel engine was a decent powered engine back then. Reserved to top of the range models.

Complicated engine construction, from crankshaft, cylinder liner, cylinder head, front cover and rear cover. From technician perspective, I will avoid this car to own or to work on.
