No sabía que la inmigración alemana fue tan masiva como la irlandesa, entonces lo que uno asume que es el fenotipo estadounidense, alto, rubio y ojos claros, se debe en gran parte a este hecho. Es curioso, porque el estadounidense de principios del siglo XIX no se parecía en nada al de finales del siglo XX, y con la migración mexicana y latinoamericana que hay ahora es probable que el estadounidense de finales de este siglo tenga más rasgos latinos que los actuales.
¿Por qué crees que los americanos los de 8 generaciones son tan rubios?

Los mexicanos solo reclamamos lo que siempre nos ha pertenecido ...reconocidos por muy trabajadores y buenos empleados la mayoría de los mexicanos mantienen nuestra cultura de aquel lado de la frontera, otros muy inteligentes tienen negocios de construcción y servicios y son exitosos.

No es posible que Trump hijo de inmigrantes polacos esté en contra de los inmigrantes mexicanos ambos inmigrantes y también Kamala Harris hija de inmigrantes jamaicanos y indios dijo que no fueran a Estados Unidos. Ambos no merecen gobernar Estados Unidos. El que debe gobernar es Robert Kennedy el si valora a los inmigrantes y hasta habla español.

My point of view… Just for informing you that Cuba 🇨🇺 and Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 were Spain 🇪🇸 until 1898. Hence I would have included to the Spanish filter until that year…

@@ehqtor Just a little correction due to the real history in the past, Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 has never been a colony from Spain 🇪🇸. You, were part of Spain as an autonomous province until 1898. As far as I know you belonged to the Virreinato of Nueva España.

@@ehqtor I do not understand you properly. Please read true history. Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 was founded by Spaniards in 1493 as a part of Virreinato of Nueva España. At the middles of the Century XVIII with the Borbonics Reforms, the Status of the island had changed to be called as “Capitanía General”. After the year that you’ve signalized, they commenced to be a province.
On point to clarify the “Colonization” that you’re mentioning was an activity to move people from the Iberian Peninsula to that place and as you really know it commenced to be mixed with the local natives.
It was a colonization in therms of territory, not as mercantile as anglos did. Just for clarifying this one ☝🏻

Spain never had colonies, they were provinces, Puerto Ricans were so Spanish with the same rights as Spaniards, Spain never had colonies, like Canary Islands, It´s not a colony, it´s the same country

Are you seriously counting Mexicans as immigrants before 1848??? Most of the southern part of the U.S. before that year was Mexican territory; then the anglos stole the land from the Mexicans; the gringos were the immigrants before that.
