Okay, I was super confused at first because when I tried to sink, I couldn’t move the furnishings, but I was an idiot and realized that l wasn’t using the Sumeru flooring (it also works with Fontaine flooring too). After I found out, it actually feels very easy to do and I’m on PS5. I’m gonna have so much fun with this! Thank you so much!!
@@DmitryVermillion-u5q I find Sumeru floor the most consistent despite sometimes it works on other floorings (i haven't figured out why they are moody). I'm glad it worked out for you! Good luck on your build 💜
is there like... a proper list of things what to do?...... you only vaguely explained the concept and 'technique' but not actual things you're doing ? like, how to position the furniture you want to sink and its anchor (not inside the circle, but their position on the floor), when is it needed to put each where and all that.... edit: ok i figured it out... would've been much easier with instructions if anyone would need it: first you need to make the set area wider, then move the furnishing to the corner, select the set and move the set to the corner of the room until it sinks (if the furniture glows red move closer to the set area's corner). dissolve set. create set again, move the 'ancor' furniture to make the set area wide. move it back to the sunk furniture. select the set, rotate it so all the furniture is in the same place in the set circle like the first time, then move to the same corner again. repeat until satisfied
@@keenahgamboa it should work just fine in mondstadt. Where did you get stuck at? Common problems include: wrong flooring used, set circle size not correct.
@@yachuum6148 that sounds most likely due to the initial circle size either too big or too small. Have you played around the circle size? Fontaine mansion has pillars as red hit box extra challenge, so the circle size is a bit sensitive. The demo at Sumeru mansion 3:50 could hopefully help? A reminder to test using Sumeru floor for consistency's sake
Whenever I try to move one of the furnishings to the corner of the set boundary, it doesn't expand. (Does the platform you play on matter? Because I tried it on PS5 and mobile)
@@jazzyvino you need to deselect and reselect. Perhaps paying attention to my tapping from 1:09 could help. The platform doesn't matter. I'm a mobile user and my PS pals could do this too. Another way is to just start the set from further apart. 3:50 has a few examples. And for further sink, just break apart the set
Are you successful in other mansions? Fontaine/Sumeru has literally the same layout so if you are doing the steps correctly, the demo at 3:50 onwards should help. Don't forget to change the floor😊

im trying to sink in fountain main hall and it just wont work, it just makes the circle small around the set when it gets to the walls
