你好 ! I love UFO because treatments are guided and calming. All I need after a long day at work are UFO, food, Netflix and my dogs. I will also have to check Iris by foreo, treatments seems to be very relaxing as well...
Oh your doggy is so cute! I don't use mine with the app anymore, mainly because I use the same one every time so it's set up for that particular mask. I find the app useful for customising though I do agree in some circumstances it does seem unnecessary.

It works great over sheet masks, I've tried it with their new Farm to Face sheet masks, I used Bulgarian Rose, and they're really good!
