Exploring New Hope Valley Railway (NHVR) - The Triangle's Train

Come join us for a ride on the New Hope Valley Railway (NHVR), the "Triangle's Train", located 30 minutes from Raleigh. New Hope Valley Railway offers one-hour round-trip train rides in open-air passenger cars pulled by historic locomotives through a scenic pine forest.
In addition to real working trains, they also have an NC Railway Museum featuring a collection of antique locomotives, train cars, artifacts, train memorabilia, and a gift shop.
Train enthusiasts of all ages love exploring the equipment in our rail yard and watching the Garden Railroad (G Scale) that runs on more than 1,000 feet of track.
You can also have your kid's next birthday party in the recently renovated 100-year-old caboose!
