Well done, your Review with a lot of detail informations in a good understanding (english) matter. Mr. Honda, give a reward to him! - Impressive the ABS working on a 220mm Front Disk and the rear suspension with the threefold progressive springs on both sides. The Front Design is a win of security in the mirror of the cardrivers. - In Germany it is allowed to drive the 125ccm PCX without an extra Test, if You have done your driver license Years before.
It's a beautiful scooter in all respects - suspension, quick at lights, steers beautifully, brakes are good, materials very good quality etc etc - but there is one big problem not addressed in the 2018 version: It is still FAR too slow for top speed and is dangerous on A roads and Freeways because it simply cannot flow with car traffic/trucks/coaches. That makes it very vulnerable. I realise it is made for mainly city travel, but clearly Honda deliberately under-powered the engine for two reasons. The first is for fuel economy and the second to make it much slower than the very expensive Forza 125 so as to maintain the huge price difference between the two. The Nmax is quite a lot faster, but does not have a USB/Charger and the suspension is very hard. What a shame because the PCX is a very fine machine. It just needs 7-8 kph better top speed. That's not much to ask!
Greeting from the land down under. Nice review, thank you. Will definitely consider putting the PCX 125 on my shopping list, when I retire to the Philippines later next year. My No.1 preference would be the 2019 125cc Honda Air Blade with it's cool body graphics and, quite possibly *the best looking variant of the entire Honda range, including that of Yamaha and Suzuki as well* , but unfortunately it's only released to Vietnam at present. On arrival in the Phils, I'll enquire from the local Honda Dealer whether or not they can order one in. If not, than the PCX might find room in my Garage. Cheers...
Some of my friends have advised me against this scooter because of my height of 192 cm, but i still like it. I think, I'l go to honda shoowroom and book a test drive
*I'm 5' "10 and 225lbs. and ride a 'showroom fresh' '08 "Metropolitan"...so I see no problems for you* (I like this 'PCX' but...where do I put my groceries?) My 'Metro' can haul a TON of stuff home! I do it all the time, no problems for 2-years now.
Im 170cm and after a year and 44 000km I've concluded this scoot is a bit small for me...maybe it could be better if I change the stock seat. It's like I need my ass juuuust a little (10/15cm) more to the back for fully comfortable sitting. Your friends must be right, but go and try it yourself.
so I haven't been able to find a local Honda motorsports dealer ship near wear I live or a local dealership near where I live. Do you know of any other motorsport dealership that sells the Honda125 Forza and the Honda 125 PCX? that is near paramount Ca. that's where I live. I would really like to be able to see one in person so I know what I want to buy that would be a great fit for my first scooter.
I like the review, thank you. Now I go to buy one.
Hey thank you for the review. Been trying to find a good in depth review in English and couldn't find one until yours. Thanks again!
really? there are tons!

You're right, Air Blade is the most popular in Vietnam. Honda have just release the AB 2020 version, I though you might want to have that.
The wheels are also bigger. Front and back
In Asia you have the models from 2018 till now with 150cc but in Europe only 125cc.. why?
Good review.
when will it come in india?
Good review, really nice scooters.
How come this model differs than that of Asian model. Asian model uses keyless entry system with remote. Here still using physical key.
Really good comprehensive review - thank you

As a steroid swallowing, weight pumping gym junkie sports bra wearing blue haired lezza I find this very offensive😜
No, he is right. Even the weakest of women will not fight this bike. Nothing wrong with the statement. It's the reality.
