Thank you Daniel for this great interview with Minghur Rinpoche🙏🌹 As Rinpoche explains the state of careless but not carefree I am able to identify this experience.I would call the first state worryless and not careless because for me it doesn't fit the experience. I am a woman and maybe the Meditation seems more easy and natural to our female being.
I would like to ask Minghur Rinpoche why there are mostly Monks (the masculine sex )in the monastery's?
And I've heard that in the buddist teachings it says that only the masculine sex is able to get enlightened.
I can't believe that Buddha would have said this.I am sure that woman have a more easy way to stay in the cloudless awareness.
Man have more testosterone & the warrior gen which makes them more tensed..
I hope that Minghur Rinpoche will be the first Tulko & buddhist Teacher that opens up to all mankind ,the female & masculine sex. Many western & tibetan & asian woman will come in the thouthands to study & practise meditation in his Monastry and in their home Country's.I am following the Teachings of 🌹His Holiness the Dalai Lama 🌹 and I recognised that the tradition of seperating the sexes is also around His Holiness.I recognised that we see mostly Monks sitting infront of his Holiness. Maybe I will write to Targar or to Minghur Rinpoche itself to get some answers about the seperation of the female & masculine sexes.
Another thing I would know the names of the three books that Rinpoche is reading right now.Is it possible to buy this books in the english translation. For example the book about Abhidarma?
Daniel your questions were very good. And Rinpoche answered all your questions in a clear and fascinating Style. This Interview helped me to take the decision to book teachings and a Retreat in the Targar Monastry in Nepal.
Thank you Daniel🙏 and please keep going on with your good job on your Dharma UA-cam channel ! 👍👏👏👏 🙏Om Mane Padme Hum 🙏🌹❤️🙋🇩🇪

I'm so grateful to have the opportunity to heat this discussion. Rinpoche conveys these concepts of the teachings with such clarity, kindness, humor, and compassion. It is so comforting to learn this from him. ❤😊

Greetings from Nepal and thank you for posting this video. I am planning to visit Minjur Rinpoche but will not be able to ask any questions. How to reach the happiness within us, despite being poor or overwhelmed by material wealth?

This is a good question ! Do you know that Buddha himself was born into a very rich family and had every material goods one could hope for ? But Buddha's Choice was to leave his higher status & become a monk and Bagger! Buddha didn't had much money .He bagged for his food and slept with strangers or outside. But his focus was to become free from any desire.
You are able to practice meditation everywhere and it does not cost a penny or rupee. I know that this courses at the Nepal Targar Monastery have it's. prizes ,because Rinpoche has to pay for the food, electricity, water, a.s.o.Maybe you save a little money for sometime and visit Rinpoche later.Or you find some friends to study the teachings privately.
It can be more easy to be close to Rinpoche. But for your own growth it is not necessary.Start right now to watch his free teachings on his UA-cam Channel and start to watch your breath and thoughts without judgement.
If you practise everyday you will change and develop Awareness 🙏❤️

What Is the origin of thoughts that are noticed ? Thinking or feelings? Feelings can be thought of as sensory input. That’s not too hard when you’re considering the ordinarily thought of five senses. Can the brain or should the brain be included as a sense mechanism/organ? How subtle would the origin of a thought in the mind be if its origin is in the brain? I’ve been asking myself this question since I was a young child. What comes first the feeling or the thought? Enlighten me please.
