- VAI Resort will feature over 1,200 luxury hotel suites and rooms, a large state of the art 360-degree concert stage, 13 elevated fine dining concepts, flowing white sand beaches, and pristine Caribbean blue water. A 52,000 square foot island will be a center point for this unique 60-acre entertainment resort. Mattel Adventure Park is located in the south end of the resort. The site is in the Sports and Entertainment District, feet away from the Arizona Cardinals State Farm Stadium (the host of the 2023 Superbowl), also nearby is the LA Dodger and Chicago White Sox Spring Training stadium, Topgolf, and the premier entertainment venue Gila River Arena that anchors Westgate Entertainment District filled with great shops, restaurants, and is the future home of Tiger Woods’ signature Pop Stroke.

@@myworld5391 they installed the launch track for the bigger coaster a couple weeks ago, which you can see in my most recent update video I just uploaded last Saturday

@@myworld5391 yeah! Super exciting times, the smaller (family) coaster blue track should be installed in the coming month or two, starting up on top of the roof and then down to where they have the footers on the east side of the building
