I love these kinds of videos on youtube that don't have insane editing to keep you entertained but rather being entertained by the building, planning and commentary
Hey Egg, loved the video, hopefully you like the lore below… Background: Rannoch is a place in Scotland, with a Loch which drains into River Tummel, and a railway connection to Fort William. Name’s for river and one mountain: You could call the River Tummel and one of the peaks Fort William, with an old battlement on top served by a railway as a tourist attraction. For Lore: The Fort was built to stop invaders (Viking’s) back in history and the castle was home to a great general William Tummel, linking the river and mountain together. The attraction was restored by the Rannoch’s Mayor and the attraction’s income pays for the upkeep of the railway line from the City to Fort.
I’ve been watching you since Palaven. And still to this day I’m amazed by how you do some of these things. Your builds get better but it’s still that same kind, light hearted and funny person behind it all. We love you Egg. Congrats on 100k
Oh yeah! Great use of wall-to-wall, nightlife, and Heart of Korea... and of course integrated public transport. I think a fitting tag line for CS could be "If you build it, they will come". The Rannochers are loving that bridge over the river.
Can you name the vegan bear? If so can you call it Tofu? Rescued from an accident at the oil plant and relocated. Could even build a zoo in honour of Dear Tufu.
Bit of a shame that you had to build over the vegan bear's territory, but oh well, I'm sure he'll get a nice park in the future. All in all, beautiful build, Mr Egg
this build is my idea of heaven! absolutely amazing build! idk if its just me but the railroad of japan stations look quite alot like japanese trains. great build!
I love builds like this that have a bit everything in them!! Cool way to bring the train etc. into the nightlife area. It's going to be so busy; we may never get you to leave it again 😂 I love watching all the movement also. Very nice build OE🤩
Great build Egg! Really cool to see nightlife and office playing so nicely together. The open square came up and absolute treat, should be great fun once the metro line gains some steam! Also, if we're looking for names, I vote the waterway be called "Riverlake Strait" 👍
The tallest mountain will be Mt. Eggward! It'll have a yearly 100k Ultra marathon circuit around Rannoch through Mt. Eggward celebrating the 100k channel subs. ✨
Let's keep it simple - Loch Rannoch. A large sea Loch, whose access to the worlds oceans provided it with access to global shipping and the various cultures that that can bring.
A quarian related name would be nice... Tikkun is their home system, Rayya is Tali's birth ship, Neema. Reegar could be the name of a wealthy family that funded some projects in the city and thus the goverment named the lake/river/mountain range after them.
Since we are in Rannoch, the lac shoud be a loch. Loch Rann could be the natural naming but I find it a bit blunt. But I do not have any better idea for now :D
I would call the mountain ranges "Roanyolk Pass", (named after Roanoke in Virginia, USA ) and I like @NameNotJack's suggestion of Loch Rannoch for the river.
Hey Egg love ur content! I have an idea for elevated Metro - have an elevated track go through a really dense medium to high density area! There's quite a bit of examples of that, like Line 2 metro in Chongqing, China; the elevated tram in Chicago; and the Shonan-monorail in Kanagawa, Japan. It'll be a really cool medium density suburb build!
What a great video! Did you end up turn the older subway station on? The river could be Eggaware River, a play on the Delaware and the mountain the Eggalachian Mountain, from the Appalachians in the Eastern US. Something about Ranock strikes me as very mid-Atlantic/Northestern US
looks nice, still too much car infrastructure for my taste though, several roads needlessly car friendly but oh well, at least you seem to understand how well tram and train as combination works. also i am fully for replacing the busline with tram. btw have you sqeezed a pedestrian path between the two stations to connect them?
Actually, another name for the mountains Eggerley Hills (after Beverley Hills). Turn it into an area based on Hollywood - need a custom sign made in the style of the Hollywood sign.
Hey Egg, I wouldn't place the big tree at approx 30mins near the tram line, branches intruding onto the overheads or colliding with the trams pantographs isn't ideal 🚃

Surely it’ll be Loch Rannoch carved from ancient glaciers! Number☝🏽 as always👌🏽
If the waterway isn't called Loch Rannoch, then we're just not doing this right!
Oh yeah! Great use of wall-to-wall, nightlife, and Heart of Korea... and of course integrated public transport. I think a fitting tag line for CS could be "If you build it, they will come". The Rannochers are loving that bridge over the river.
A fresh Egg makes Monday mornings bearable. Another top shelf build.
Happy Monday bro

I liked the Pines on the ped roads. Gave the area some age that balanced the Japanese assets.

Every time ! Every time, you say "over the hill and far away" I hear the song ! I like it.

Fun build, thank you for the VOD. And FYI PALAVEN pines can go anywhere. LoL 🥃🥃
I love it how you always resort to the palaven pines but then realise that they're absolutely the wrong choice 😂
@@userreview2806 😂😂
Love the timings fo these videos perfect way to chill after school
An elevated bike path that runs in between the rail all the way into down town might be fun
Ohh, yes it might, maybe we can turn this whole coast into a cycling green belt?
@@OVERCHARGEDEGG I think that would be a great place to live! 😉
That bear was standing on business 🤣🤣
Let's keep it simple - Loch Rannoch. A large sea Loch, whose access to the worlds oceans provided it with access to global shipping and the various cultures that that can bring.
This is not my _Thessia._ 😭
The mountain range gives me the vibe of the Remarkables of Queenstown, New Zealand.
A quarian related name would be nice... Tikkun is their home system, Rayya is Tali's birth ship, Neema. Reegar could be the name of a wealthy family that funded some projects in the city and thus the goverment named the lake/river/mountain range after them.
The satisfaction I've been waiting for. Transportation developing in downtown 😮
You are an expert in squares!
I would have loved to see that over-saturated trolleybus line upgrade to a monorail.
You should exstract that road near the Coast on the new island next to metro and trian at the end, to the other side... Nice NICE build btw

"They are super clean, they are a little bit dirty".

Mountain range should be The "Eggmund Hillary Mountains Provincial Park", along the "Francis Chicheggster Inlet"
Rannoch Mondays, let's go!!! :D
Thanks for another City Skyline 1 video.
The mountain range could be called "The Henegglayers,"
Defo hitting orchid bay levels this build. Love it ❤
Bold praise big man
Love 💘 this build.
Cheers Tori!
Very pleased you went with the back to back stations! I wonder how the new train line has impacted the BRT?
love your creativity man!
How about if the big arterial cuts diagonally across the downtown like Broadway in NYC
Very nice build!
An Egg episode while I eat a soft boiled egg. Nice
EggRock Mountains for the mountains at the horizon 😅
Once again egg comes up with the goods 👌
10/10 would live here
What a delight. Thanks Egg!

That feels so stupid after CS2 lmao
Loving the build :)
Attendance check!

I think the straight is a river going into a bay of an ocean.
Mountain range could be called eggshell dividing range or yolky mountains
very cutesy very demure placement of props
I learned what demure means today, thank you!
@@OVERCHARGEDEGG Very mindful of you! Great episode as always, I love boreal so so much
Idea: Make a nice ferry terminal on that island no need to be big.
Since we’re back in a Boreal map, what do you think about a waterfront nightlife district to pay homage to Dawson’s waterfront in Palaven??
Strait could be called yolk passage
Ahh yes the Vegan Ursus arctos 😂 🐻🐻
60 Days missing Thessia...
A few have gone for Loch Rannoch, but looks more like a Firth than a true sea loch, so Firth of Rannoch or Rannoch Firth would work better.
cs 1 is still my favorite
Another work of aart!
Thank you!
how do you increase/decrease the size of the forest brush without using the slider?
Ran mountain , some lore about some idiot hosting a race to the top of the mountain
and Loch Noch , ... leading to the eventual town name
❤❤❤
New egg vid !
what if it's old
Using hearts of Korea low density would be better against metro line
Kumpel schöne Stadt
what happened to the bear ?

Why does it have #citiesskylines2, if its not?
Good spot, must have copied it without realising!
Where is thessia egg🫤???
Check the community tab mate, series update on there
Hey, OE, what happened to the CS:2 content? Spoiled that we were getting 3 videos a week there.
Was busy with 100k special video mate, CS2 back in the rotation this week from Wednesday with Egginburgh
Thanks, OE. Love your content and helps me get through the week!
