I really enjoy seeing your homemade gyro loaf. Chilling makes a world of difference even for everyday meatloaf. If you're feeding a crowd, make the meatloaf a day ahead, chill, and the next day slice it cold and reheat it. Slices will be even and won't crumble.
😋 Wow! Smash Burgers! Why has no one ever told me this recipe before? They are a revelation and the Holy Grail of burgers. I am a 74 year old Grandmother and I made these this evening - I added 25g Aberdeen Angus seasoning, a bit of garlic powder and onion powder and they were terrific - two thin burgers is definitely the way to go. I usually make one thick 6oz burger each, but your way is far superior I did exactly as your recipe and I used brioche buns which are very light and squashable and this was the only burger I have ever been able to pick up and eat without all the filling falling out down my clothes - I usually have to resort to a knife and fork. I have a very happy husband who sends his thanks. I’ve now got the other nine recipes in this collection to work my way through. 🥰 Best wishes from Aberdeenshire Scotland. 🏴 ❤
I love Greek food. It’s sverymuch like the Armenian food. I cook the dolmates the Lebanese way. They’re both good. Thank you. You did a lot of cooking (with love) and you’re a good cook. 😊
I've made your dolmades and tzatziki for my friend and her fiancé. I added tons of herbs, green and yellow onions, and lean ground turkey (she can't eat red meat). They enjoyed them! She's been going through a tough time so a little affection through comfort food was helpful.
I’m super excited to make the Gyro! I never knew I could make the meat! I love Gyros!! Thank you for all these recipes! The Lemony chicken and potatoes! Yum!
I’ve made your pineapple coffee cake so many times, for so many friends, and now they request it for their birthdays. It’s delicious and it’s so easy. It’s a big hit with everyone. Thank you for all your amazing recipes. ❤
Thank you for your awesome recipes. Have made your Baklava rolls. They were devine and loved by all... The burger patties look interesting but will they stay intact? I have always added egg and bread crumbs to my burger patties, like one would do for meat balls. I see your patties only have the mince? No egg?
I strongly agree with thus video. I am not sure what I was agreeing to. But I think it said strongly disagree. Thank you for sharing your recipes. It's a help.
So many wonderful ideas. Do you have these recipes also posted on your website somewhere? If so, would you consider including links in the description?
@@willg1613 Thanks. But that is far too complicated. I can't ask my visitors to go to all that trouble to find the recipes. And I don't have to the time to do that either.
Thank you for these amazing recipes,😋

I love to eat the stuffed grape leaves all summer. Mine are meatless, and I like to add raisins and toasted pine nuts.
Good idea!

Slightly thinner patties, with a little more crust to them and another piece of cheese and you got a winner.
I switch out the garlic sauce for hummus. I’m Lebanese and a lot of us prefer it this way
