Throne of Glass: there’s two ways you can read the series and I’m currently reading them right now for the first time so I can’t say which way is better but… I started with The Assassin’s Blade, then Throne of Glass, Crown of Midnight… If I started with Throne of Glass I think I would’ve been so bored, but with Assassin’s Blade (it’s the prequel but was written after the series was completed) you get the background and you feel her pain on another level because you feel like you lived through it with her, not just reading about it, you know? I suggest you research the two reading orders and make the decision for yourself 🫶🏼

The assassins blade is the prequel to the series. One of my bsfs suggested i read it first and i do not regret it. It really depends on if you like to read the order books come out or not. I was obsessed and could not put it down. I could not stop think about the story.

I would start with it but only today I found out about the romantic reading order which means AB would be read after Heir Of Fire I think. I’m only going into the bigger books but I’m happy I started with AB ❤
for throne of glass (imo the best order) 1: the assassin's blade 2: throne of glass 3: crown of midnight 4: heir of fire 5: queen of shadows 6: tandem of empire of storms and tower of dawn (look up tandem read for the chapters) 7: kingdom of ash. BUT! it's recommended that you read acotar first! then throne of glass then Cresent city! happy reading ❤
