What if it’s been a few years since my surgery and I’m still dealing with fibrosis? Is there still hope and if so, are these tips applicable or do other steps need to be taken this far out? Thanks!
My Surgeon has RN reopen incisions for first 10days or less if no more drain. The massages are pretty aggressive & painful. He said its suppose tonto avoid fibrosis and once im done then continue massages when i get back home with NIOT allow incisions to be reopened. I've had 5 sessions and am nervous about continuing to allow her to reopen.
Yes he did....i guess I was more taken back by the pain if the massages. All finances were discussed clearly. My question was regarding the massages. Thank you.
So basically buy my book
If you did ALL your research on the internet for freebie advice and you STILL have fibrosis - it’s time to invest in professional massages.

You can try the steps in the Plastic Surgery Recovery Handbook, but you may need to have a consultation with a plastic surgeon.

Did the surgeon explain what needed to happen before you paid for the surgery?

@@merarirodriguez2127yes that was my question - did he explain that the massages had to be painful? They should NOT be painful.
