How to Make a Slow Hay Feeder from a Garbage Can | Hay Feeder

I created this horse feeder from a garbage can I bought at Kmart. I was easy to make and works well. However, I think the material is too flimsy to last very long. It might work better for a goat than for a horse.

I have since stopped using this feeder. As I suspected, the plastic was too brittle and the horses began to destroy it within just a few days.
