The lessons I've learned from you, from completing 75 Hard and progressing with Live Hard have helped me massively shift my mindset. I needed this episode and it came at the perfect time . THANK YOU!!!! I started phase 2 today and I’ve done 75hard twice . The first time I completed it , I found it SO HARD to turn it off . The second time I was just trying to get through it, so I went right into phase 1. I made huge gains in phase 1 but turned it off to do my 30 days of rest but it turned into 60. I’ve been more depressed than I have been in a while in these 60days because I’m not being who I’m made to be. Somehow the second time through I focused on a finish line at the end of the program, not the one that’s 6ft down. Thank you Andy and Team.
I was a raging alcoholic since I was 19 till I was 31. I got to 395 lbs at one point. I hated my life. 3.5 years ago, I decided to become a new person literally. I did exactly what Andy said I decided to be who I wanted to be. I'm 3.5 years into this and it works. I focus on running, lifting and eating healthy now I don't think about drinking. If you struggle with alcohol it is possible to change your life even in your 30s and 40s. I lost 185lbs and I'm running marathons now. Anything is possible if you want it bad enough and refuse to stop. Stopping drinking will change your life.

We haven't recently started stocking the 1st Phorm products at our facility and have been blown away by the customer service given by Jeff Papenberg. Sandlot Sports is an outdoor Volleyball Facility with a full bar attached In Cedar Rapids, IA, this is our team's first year after taking over and we are trying to figure out the best methods of advertising. We are on the outskirts of town and don't have a visible facility from the street. We have been doing ad campaigns on Facebook but still have a few of our events that flop and sometimes lose money. Every time someone new comes in they often say things like "wow this place is amazing" or " I had no idea this was even here". What would you do to spread the word about our bar and get asses in seats? Thank you guys!

How can I completely change my way of thinking since everything I have learned in ten years in my industry is exactly the opposite of the traditional business world. I normally don't sell to anyone, I don't create content or products, etc. I'm the first person to say that doing business isn't for me but I wouldn't want to give up another source of income. 4 years ago I bought first house Did all the things but the dream turned into a nightmare one year later 22 ER visit disability taking forever all accounts dead all 9 1/3 401k lost in cash out Work 20years 3 kids single mother extra hard worker good with numbers but now forcloser did research systems bent not broken, not great with asking for help from Congress people or sentence but I will if I have to lose some people tell me to go on social media and scream bloody murder sob story type thing but it's not really my deal currently meaning of portion of my house at 1300 in child support is 400 but I feel like it's not going to be enough to cover everything I have a three bedroom house with a two-bedroom attached area I'm turning into an apartment Butler plumbing issues and electric the money is not going to be enough and I don't know should I fight the government or hide money under the mattress

I'm building myself up so when I start I go all in & not be a bitch & complain its too hard. I work 40 hours a week sometimes even 6 days. Yeah my job is not the best but I am fighting for my Freedom every single day. It's all about progress & knowing what your passionate about & executing every single day! 😤💪
