Chromatopelma cyaneopubescens - flipping over :-) HD

My subadult Chromatopelma cyaneopubescens (aka. Green Bottle Blue) flipping over while attacking a cricket! lol
I think he will mature soon, so prepare for a breeding video :-)
Mein subadulter Chromatopelma cyaneopubescens Bock macht einen Salto als er ein Heimchen attackiert! :-)
Ich glaube er wird bald seine Reifehäutung haben, macht euch also bereit für ein Paarungsvideo.

welll, it seemed to be a little to humid for GBB, since they're actually desert sepecies, they could not take high humidity and should be kept in relatively cool temperature around 24 to 28 degree celcius. High humidity might cause their external skeleton injured when molting.

Your enclosures are beautiful. Would love to see a video explaining the substrate and plants used. The problem I have is that my plants either die from too much light (too stong UVB) or too little light... It's hard to get it just right...

LOL! That is cute. Similar kinda thing happened to my B smithi. She was hanging on the wall at the back of the tank, jumped, while I dropped the cricket, caught the cricket in mid-air, did a backflip and landed on all 8 legs. It was like watching a gymnist doing some flips. Too bad I wasnt able to capture it on film and she's never done it ever again.

@MrBanan211 I got him about 2 years ago. He was in 4th instar back then. So I guess he is about 2,5 to 3 years old. But it is always hard to tell with tarantulas.
