Yeah, the JIRA suite is certainly VERY powerful. We are a small startup and getting business partners to work in a structured manner is the hardest part. WORK THE BOARDS is a key theme. The software is beautiful, just the human aspect that needs to be managed.

I've been in a product team, who manage work of this phase in AirTable, and manually link idea to work tracking in Jira later. This solution resolve this kind of issue, and makes work tracking better👍
