You are through book 3 of the Wheel of Time! Looking forward to your review. Now you get to enjoy one of the best books in the series - The Shadow Rising :-)

Thanks Nev, for another entertaining wrap-up. I have read Lewis, and was planning on doing an 'on the side' video about that and other related books. I suppose I should start reading Mollly-Mindy-Mandy (or in a different order). Love the way you stand by your reading experience. Also read The Lost Symbol back in 2010. It was also a 4-star read for me. And of course The Dragon Reborn (only 4 stars?!). Love your content!

Thanks Ed! Regarding The Dragon Reborn, I think my expectations were too high and in the end it was too similar to book 2 - which, don’t get me wrong, is very enjoyable! I think my main problem was the ending - spoilers ahead for anyone reading this - wasn’t Baalzamon killed in the last book (and the first), yet here he is again and he gets ‘killed’ again - is he really dead or is he going to pop up again every book?
I’m yet to record my full video review. Hope to get to it sometime in the next week.
And yes, give Milly Molly Mandy a go - they’re a quick read!

@@NevsBookChannel Just ordered all 6 of the Milly-Molly-Mandy books. Did you ever read Arthur Ransome's books on the Swallows and the Amazon's? Don't if they compare with MMM, but I had lots of fun reading this series.

@@DutchGreyBeard Love Swallows and Amazons! Read all 12 books in my teens. Have watched the movie many many times. Visited the house in the Lake District!
Be warned - MMM is definitely aimed at younger children.

@@NevsBookChannel I read all the S&A’s a couple of years ago and loved them as well! MMM is probably right up my (children’s brain) alley!

Gotta love a book with a map! Might have to check out “Of Dice and Men” at some point, but would also love to go back and read some of those old TSR books for some nostalgic D&D content. Do you have any recommendations?

Well I think the original D&D boxed set is a fascinating read to see where it all started and how simple it was. You should be able to find a pdf of it somewhere online. And you can read my summary of it here: www.dndchronologically.com

@@NevsBookChannel Wow! What an awesome resource you've created! I'm bookmarking your website and will be referencing it regularly. Thank you! I've only been playing D&D for a few years, so most of my knowledge is of 5th Edition, plus a few old copies of Dragon magazine. Really eager to go back and see what it was like in the beginning.

      @@amarieallen I’ve also played 5th edition - it’s fun!
