Everything looked good but this. Never let a club dry with epoxy with the head up, gravity will pull the glu down the shaft. With graphite this is extremely risky. The epoxy will coat the inner part of the shafts, making play x stiff,but worse, the shaft can shatter when sticking a ball, and especially the ground. I worked for BTW golf in Houston back in 1991, and every wood built with graphite, allowed to cure inverted, failed. Needless to say the company went out of business 6 months later. You may get away with it with 5 min. epoxy, but with 24 hour glue it's chapter 13.

What was the cork and lead you were using for?
I regrip my own clubs. I never have creases in my grip tape. You can feel them, especially if you're building up a grip.
