Grand Canyon: Rim to Rim to Rim hike, in one day.

South Rim, via the Bright Angel Trail, to the North Rim and back to the South Rim via Bright Angel again. 54 miles over 30 hours of hiking. 104f degrees in the Canyon, 12,000 ft elevation gain, out of shape and out of training but I still did it in one piece!
