We're getting a 3DS emulator (Citra), an Xbox 360 emulator (Xenia), and a PS3 emulator (RPCS3) to a decently-working state (They all existed for years prior, but now they're actually booting games!), as well as Windows 10 (Which is releasing real soon! :D), a playable Sonic X-Treme release by fans (They dug up some unfinished source code and finished it to a playable state!), and now Sonic Lost World level editing (I'd be more surprised about the fact that you hacked the Wii U, but "Wii mode" made it not that difficult to hack from the start. |:/)? *ALL IN A YEAR?!?* O_O Can't... deal.... excitement...... MMMMMMMMMMMM!

In fact, it's actually one of my favorites because of the sheer amount of challenge it had you go through to get to the end-- something the other stages lacked. It's not "cheap," either! The "lack of shadows" only happens in a couple sections due to the way the lighting of the stage is constructed (There's lava beneath you. Lava is bright. Light pointing up means less drop-shadows beneath things. True, they should've fixed this, but it's not exactly that big of a deal like IGN, or other big reviewers, make it out to be. You can still see where you're going to land just fine.), all of the "surprises" give you more than enough time to react to them, and there's checkpoints and 1up's all over the place! I'm sorry if I'm coming off as a jerk or anything. I just don't get why everyone hates Eggmanland just because it was difficult, and calls it "cheap" when it really wasn't, *yet is 100% fine with Sonic 2's Death Egg Zone, which really WAS cheap* as it had you fight 2 bosses in a row (Both of which are painfully difficult if you've never beaten them before and don't know the strategies.) with *NO RINGS, LIVES, SHIELDS, OR CHECKPOINTS!!! * And, of course, that was the last stage of the game and was in the era where game developers still thought it was totally fine to let people get "Game Overs" that actually sent you back to the start rather than simply making you do a level again. *So you mess up too many times there* (Which is easy as, again, you have no rings or other methods of protection, meaning you die in one hit.), *and you literally have to replay the entire game!* But Sonic 2's Death Egg Zone? A masterpiece! Eggmanland, which is just like all the other stages in Unleashed except with small levels of actual difficulty? CHEAP AWFUL SEGA STUPIDITY!!!!! |:/
