The noodle was actually fried noodle. You need to boil it then strain everything before adding the seasoning. You wasted good stuff taras :c

i am sure u figured it out from the many packs of sauces inside the bag....i have one in the kitchen, it comes with the same packs as this one and says fried noodles on it....it is also funny that i have a cheesy noodle also (they were a 4 variety packs, the other two were curry and vegetable)

We lived a whole 2 weeks on US MREs after Hurricane Katrina. They all had either plain or peanut M&M's! It really made life bearable.

Personally i would've added the mixes to the ramen after you cooked it. That way you could drain excess water off that could dilute the taste of the seasoning mixes.

(tip for the noodles..boil/cook the noodles first for at least 3mins...drain the water... *then* add all the flavour packets...mix it well... eat) it will taste much better :-)

I'm actually surprised that this MRE didn't have Tim Tams, which are like digestive cookies coated in chocolate. To eat it properly, you need to take a bite out of diagonal ends and then use it as a straw to sip your coffee/tea. As you do this, the cookie melts and is friggin' delish!
