In N NUC employees v industrial tribunal case it was held that a solicitor s firm carrying on the work of an attorney is not an industry although specifically considered it is organised as an industrial concern but in bangluru water supply case this case was over ruled and now a solicitor s firm employing persons to help in catering to the needs of the clients is an industry
