Solid comparison. I recently bought a buddy Evan Williams 1783. I asked him to compare it to Buffalo Trace. He called me a couple days later and said he absolutely loved the EW 1783. He was very impressed with dollar to drink quality ratio. I just said…… Told you so, now enjoy that EW.
Trying my 1st bottle of EW BIB. It actually does have a good mouth feel. It has body, color and plenty of good bourbon flavor. I don't like thin watery feeling bourbons. I don't think I'd choose it over the WT101 Rye I normally purchase, but I'm not disappointed in the least. Actually a bit impressed, I've been passing this bottle up for a long time.
Evan Williams is the bomb.
Yes it is

Haha I enjoy the 1783 too. I just like the bib more so I don't reach for it as much. But thanks for the comment I'm glad you liked the video
I haven't tried too many but I wasn't a fan of Buffalo Trace. Makers is my go-to but I liked Evan Williams.
Everybody's palate is different. But Makers and Evan are good bottles
Its true😊
