Good cast! Last I heard, Idra was studying physics as an undergrad. He published a research article about an applied physics topic in 2019 at the University of Illinois.
I actually miss Idra. The guy's personality was what it was, but I loved the fact that the scene allowed it, and gave his ego a fair chance like anyone in the tournaments. Win or lose, he was definitely himself, and especially in this zeitgeist, that's interesting.
Have you guys thought about bringing back merch? Not just shirts though, I'd kill for a "You FOOL!" keychain that only I and other LagTV fans know the significance of.
Poor Rhino didn't seem to have comparable macro or micro to Budget-idra. Based on that in the first 6 minutes, I was going to be real surprised if he won.
As has often been said, Pro starcraft isn't zerg favoured, it's serral favoured. Serral is just dominating everything so much zerg win rates are huge because of him. If you take him out of the running, then zerg is pretty even. (also I think serral is slightly weaker in zvz than his other matchups so other zergs do a little better)
@MaximusBlack Correct - I play Random at 4.5K MMR. Playing more than one race gives you perspective... Curious to know what's your go to PvT build these days? Also in terms of the playstyle overall do you have a favorite pro who's style you try to emulate?
@@MaximusBlack Sounds like you can't even make that nowadays 😂Haven't watched you stream in years, are you still opening Oracle... in PvT...? 😂That would explain why you're getting you ass handed to you by Terran in LotV lol.
If you’re Protoss and you build more stargates than you have mining bases, you’re gonna lose.
It’s been 13 years and he’s still sour about Terran 😊

Wh-
That's really cool, good for Idra!
For anyone who wants to know, the paper is called "Multiple aging mechanisms in ferroelectric deuterated potassium dihydrogen phosphate"

ITS BEEN 13 YEARS AND JEFF IS STILL SALTY ABOUT TERRAN
Watching games like this makes me feel better about myself
Saw Idra at community College in Illinois. He going back to the work society
They just need to up the stalkers base attack by a few points. they feel so weak for what you pay for them. The dragoons were walking photon cannons.
Love you guys!! Thanks for all the hard work keeping the content coming
Not gonna lie, I also came here for the Idra memories.
No hallucination so Sdra did not leave the game!! HAHA
Looked like they were trying for a Novawar Says Zero Micro challenge
Do someone know where is WhiteRa today? I remember his special tactics.
Yay I missed these casts!
*sees gold banner*
me: this gon be gud
Does a Nordcast have to be of standard starcraft 2 or can it include mod game modes so long as they're not one of those multi-hour auto-games?

It's been 13 MINUTES since I watched this video and Jeff....is still upset about Terran ;)
If Protoss had not built those warp gates but instead made a bunch of archons from dt it would've been an easy win. Ah well, that's why he's in gold.
It can be 2024 or 2035, Terran will still be OP
Toss got glaives and never shaded once lmao

What happened to Rhino they just didn’t even move for like half a minute
Missing the podcast, but will have to get my fix with starcraft.
Nice!
Gold players not using abilities is pretty normal
I think it's realistic to say:
- Zerg needs a pretty big nerf
- Terran needs a very small nerf/rework to certain units
- Protoss needs a big buff
aligulac shows perfect balance at pro level, with PvZ at 53% in Protoss. Where are you getting your statistics from?
@@hivetech4903we found out non Protoss main lmao

I think Terran has the most annoying unit in the widow mine. It takes far more skill to deal with than to use.
in major tournaments, zergs seem to have an edge, but if you look at the top 20 GM's (in NA and Europe at least) you see majority protoss'
esports needs personalities like Idra, it just adds some spice because without it it's bland and boring
