I love these battles: Izanagi vs Magatsu Izanagi (Or Magatsu, if you're feeling cruel, or Okami if you're willing to grind), Kaguya vs Kusumi. Little things like that make it all so...poetic. Like getting protected by a 9999 Megidolaon by a relationship Rise, and then winning on the next attack.
I tried doing this with Izanagi-no-Okami.
It's not as easy as it sounds.
If your party is 2 or 1, she replaces hot lightning with mind charge.

try using the 3 aeon personas and those personas are Quetzalcoatl+Kingu+Lakshmi hope I answered your question :D

she is, but if you notice when I showed her skills she has absorb fire as one of them.
Huh i didnt think about that, but that is true, although each game specifies on one part of mythology, p3 was greek and egyptian mythology, p4 was japanese mythology and so on.
How the hell can you change the difficulty? If I'm not mistaken you can't normally do that. That some sort of New Game+ thing?
TheMPlegendmaster yeah, most enemies in these games tend to gang up on the protagonist to force an early game over, b/c apparently the rest of the party are too incompetent to fight w/o him.
Rebel King Lucifer, yep. New Game+ feature. I was thinking of doing very hard with the damages to enemies at great and taken from enemies low, but I stuck with very easy because I’m a nooby “dumbass” in Adachi’s words.
wonder if something special happens if the boss kills itself. or keeps absorbing fog.

Hot Lightning animation looks like Oho Ikazuchi (to those who understand japanese, is that the meaning?).
Music fits MUCH better when it's just Rise who talks. Picks up when she gets ready to fight instead of Kanji blabbering :P

Pink Ken This boss happens on 2/13 if you maxed the Aeon SL prior to beating Ameno-Sagiri.
you also get it if you max aeon after ameno-sagiri

I really like Marie I don't care if everyone else I talk to doesn't.
Kusumi-no-Okami? I don't remember seeing her name in the Shinto gods. I might have missed that.

When you fuse/prepare a Persona your number 1 priority is to get rid of the weakness by making it learn a Null/Repel/Absorb skill. This doesn't reflect on the Persona status screen, but skills take priority over the status, therefore even if it says she is weak to fire, the skill will override the weakness.
Isn't Kaguya weak to and immune to fire in this? and i must admit i'm not surprised that you redid this boss

can i ask?when will you fight marie?is it after or before fighting izanami...or marie is a subtitute for izanami for the final battle?

so your character gets recovered from ailments quickly

Atlas must've played Okami while playing this game for how many references to Okami's Japanese bases there are, amaterasu, susano-o, yoshitsune, kaguya, yamato-no-orochi. they got it all!
Actually they are all major and important Japanese gods.
All Persona games have a certain theme to their Personas, well atleast from 3 onwards for certain:
3) Greek and it's counterpart, Roman mythology
4) Japanese mythology
5) Famous thieves and tricksters
TheRareOne Okami is a god, Shin megami tensei means "true rebirth of the goddess". All of the demons and personas you see in this franchise are all based on gods and angels and demons. So the game Okami is based on that as well. There are going to be similarities when its dealing with a form of culture and religion
