Thegis You can enter the TV world from any tv. If the team entered an other TV they'd be at an other unknown location. This has been explained in the game itself early on.

Yeah, they do evolve, but it's up to the player's actions that determine when they evolve. Once you get to Rank 10 in a teammate's Social Link, their Persona will change form.

I just realized something: Nanako's SL Arcana is the Justice.....wouldn't it be a good assumption to make by saying Namatame, as a Shadow, is the Reverse Justice?
There's a store in Okina City you can go to buy these costumes. I think the cheer squad costume is at least 100,000 yen (All of them are pretty pricey) BTW: In case you didn't know, you can get to Okina City after you learn to get around by scooter
