Dude, you really made me cry adding Dale's speech about time in the end. Dale and Hershal really were the best characters in twd. Without them, Rick probably would've ended up like The Governor or Negan. Or worse then them.

Yep, started my journey around 2010, but after all the episodes aired - therefore binged watched it. 2xs. The fall of 2011 came around, I was hooked. Didn't miss a episode, though I couldn't always watch it on the date premiered but made sure to stay tune. The early feel of walking dead was melancholy like, gloomy, sense of dread, undertones of eeriness and not knowing what would happen to the group or survivors. Very unsettling, though around season 5 is when it change pace

Hershel was one of the best characters in the show, I loved how important he became in Rick's journey and life.
That line from Hershel "what you can choose is what your risking it for" followed by the quick cuts of carl and rick was masterful👌🏼👌🏼
