buy-sell-buy powertrading is my favourite tactic. you can do like 300-500 amber worth of trade per trader and get an absolutly silly amount of wealth stacks or reduced hostillity. first you buy everything that you dont need, then you sell the stuff you just bought back to the trader for a 30-80% loss and finally you buy the stuff you actually need, if the trader has building materials, food and fuel you might consider selling all your previous food/materials/fuel because you buy new in the end. OF COURSE that requires a super high trade value production, especially on high prestige. copper ore or dew are big profit. complex wares are not worth usually for trading the extra value is less than the work spent. the barrel perk and the trade provision perk get a decent amount of free trade value. sell provisions for trade value instead of routes ofc, routes dont add wealth stacks. amazing round though
Thanks for all the added detail for this. Though I've been avoiding the most cheesy plays as best I can. I'm likely not going to have a choice as we keep climbing prestige
New trade routes happen every season change. And yeah i been lovin the hostility reduction perks. Especially the one for burning blightrot cysts. I've gotten to like year 10 at hostility 4 my last couple runs it was nutty.
Nice video. Insane hostility reduction is legendary. Changed my concept on trade really. Well done.
Great to hear!

Buy sh!t you don't need, sell them with a 80% loss? That sounds very stupid.
Actually a crazy good run by the end there. Good job workin around the lack of food in the early game.
and now I've learned to starve just my people in the first year, haha
