Calvins 2nd shot on 9 was some of the most insane I have ever seen since the holy shot.

Simon got an identical drive to Calvin's on hole 1. His wind was dead at that point but when the rest of his card threw it was blowing again. When they got to hole 2 the 2 hour break was called.

Great card. . I feel like the wind is always crazy in Massachusetts. It's helped me learn different angles with over stable discs.. thanks for the content

God I hate seeing Kevin struggle. I'm always rooting for the guy cuz it's about time he gets a big win but he always seems to struggle late in the tournament😔
He's the nicest guy too, not only to fans but to his fellow competitors as well. A great role model for the sport.

Really appreciate how some pros made the necessary adjustments on #9 after 2 rounds of it being a hole they couldn't figure out.
i really appreciate when the discs thrown are discussed in detail! tell the pros to let us know what they're throwing and whats in their bags!!!

I watched last round on my phone....holy ads batman. UA-cam has become exactly like cable in the 90's. The best part is how they serve an ad at the end of the video. COOL
My armspeed is not enough for a pd2, makes me feel even worse now that I know it's a 2 speed disc :\ 4:48

Crowd/course noise could really be louder imo. The 8-holes have sounded like a group of maybe 10 ppl max this whole weekend on coverage.
@29:46 i can confirm that having 700 4 leaf clovers does not typically yeild the results that Calvin is getting.
The fact that he fully meant to throw that and his hole 9 shot is just mind boggling.

This is the kind of card that's fun to watch on a wide open bomber course with no wind and watch these dudes unload...put lizzote, buhr, Gibson, and aderhold on the chase card and watch the show
Kevin's second throw on 9 shows how to break the hole. Don't worry about trying to get the full monty on the first. Get into the spot to throw an up and over flex, to set up a 40-60 foot putt just short of the creek in front of the green... Now go do it pro tour guys

That was my favorite hole 4, even if the putting was a bit unfortunate. So cool to see four completely different approaches.
The card typically plays better when KJ_USA is on the card, always the first person to congratulate a good shot, or yell get in the bucket. 😂

Disc golf is weird. A big drive can lead to a three putt and a good scramble on the second shot can save par. Keeps it interesting.
I understand the pressure or want to run it if you have a decent drive but I feel like if you were more honest with yourself sometimes there would have been situations where you saved strokes instead of going for birdies and getting a bogey

I dunno, sometimes it's fun to see the best in the world struggle. You have to be talented and a great course manager on a hole like this. For the rest of us, they do still have the blue teepad in the orginal spot!

Ever since I started playing, in 1986-87, I thought the stable, over-stable, under-stable, is kinda weird. Now especially cause so many folks use 'stable' to mean over-stable. But louder. "Oh that thing is STABLE." When they mean "That thing is OVER-stable".
Being an armchair-pilot, stable is with disc parallel to the ground, (on level ground, you know what I mean). Ask any cessna pilot if they're banking at a 45 deg angle if that's ' over stable'. :P
I would vote for:
Stable: Flat. Does not turn left nor right. Now some discs can be in a non-flat orientation and still go straight. This counts. :)
Positively Unstable: Turns left on a backhand, right on a sidearm. Like a frisbee not thrown into a headwind or hard. :P
Negatively Unstable: Turns right on a backhand, left on a sidearm. To much and either Unstable can turn into a throller.
And then one could even just have a measure of Instability.
+5 (Positively Unstable, Over-stable)
0 Stable, no turn.
-5 (Negatively Unstable, Under-stable)

You're so completely wrong. This is disc golf. Not armchair-piloting. Stability is on a scale. A disc can be more or less stable than another disc. So it is correct and not weird at all to say "That thing is stable."

No matter who’s on the lead card, Jeremy koling will say something about taking xyz putts in the wind, rain, tornado, hurricane. ffs germ, knock it off.
If you want more score separation, don't move the baskets closer, stop putting BS OB absolutely everywhere. So sick of seeing these insanely good golfers getting punished for fantastic throws.
