No problems with oxidation however there are no preservatives so you have to keep them cool and drink them within a few months. I guess it comes down to avoiding splashing and bubbles when filling. Notice in my vid that it is almost flat looking right to the top and pretty much no room for air.
Nope. You probably just do not know what oxidation tastes like. The oxygen intake while filling alone is enough to alter the beer. And the air in the headspace will add probably 500ppb o2 @@TechJunky777
What you don’t see is the beer is already carbonated prior to canning. It is in a pressurized canister in a fridge and the line runs to where I am pouring. All I’m doing is pouring and canning.
@@frostiix0 Dude the machine that’s filling the can up is a model 25D direct Drive Double Can seamer. Besides the can seamer there is a refrigerator with a canister filled with the beer that is under pressure. The line goes from the canister to the can seamer. That’s the setup. Or just fill the can with a Kegerator.
That’s amazing, is this your company?
I make my own beer too, not that fancy though!
Not my company, just using their equipment 😎 Much less expensive than going to the beer store!
Good

I see you're not purging cans with C02. Have you experienced any issues with oxidation?
