Best ever garlic fried chicken. Cut up the bird and place in large freezer bag with a liberal amount of this sauce. Let sit over night. Without removing much of the sauce roll the pieces in your favorite breading and fry. I use my big cast iron pan for the best results. After removing the pieces to drain sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese while they are still hot. Just a bit though. Those flavors really do compliment each other. I imagine it would make a delicious pasta or tater salad. Slathering it on a burger or any meat sandwich would call me to the table too. I think a cucumber & watercress sandwich would also taste amazing with that spread. My mind is imagining many things; I love garlic!!!

Could this be water bath canned since there are no eggs in this? I can see using this on so many different things. Spaghetti squash with butter and this sauce and parmesan cheese, pizza, garlic bread, use as a marinade for any type of meat on the smoker or oven. Oh, I could even see roasting the garlic first!
My sisters husband is Lebanese, He calls this Garlic sauce "Toum". When he makes it he uses a Mortar & Pestle. He only makes it for their wedding anniversary and for Christmas.

You can use it on any meat, delicious with bbq meat or veg add it to a dip for a more garlicky flavour or my favourite spread it on Lebanese bread or wrap add bbq chicken, lettuce and tomato and any other salad item you like roll it up and enjoy.

No I don't think the emulsification would stand up to canning but you can do the research

It sounds very similar to 'aioli', a garlic mayo that's great with fresh veg sticks.
but no eggs..so you could MIX it with mayo for the same result!
