In 2004 Australian Idol is back for it’s 2nd season and it’s bigger and better than ever in 2003 it became a phenomenon that had Australia talking getting huge ratings for Channel Ten with the Grand Finale being watched by 3,300,000 viewers making it Channel Ten’s most watched show of all time as Guy Sebastian was crowned the 1st Australian Idol defeating Shannon Noll in the Grand Finale at the Sydney Opera House after the show the Top 12 went on a sell out Arena Tour of Australia now in 2004 the journey begins again a record 50,000 Auditioned from Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart, Canberra, Darwin and Tamworth and the talent is outstanding hosted by Andrew G and James Mathison with judges Mark Holden, Marcia Hines and Ian “Dicko” Dickson this is the season premiere of Australian Idol 2004 enjoy the video.
