They are characters made up by The Wall-E Channel, they are not from any movie. The red one is the Mayor of the Wellington Village (Where everyone lives). He’s name is BlitzBotRaj The little grey one is just a little robot that lives in the mayors office (with BlitzBotRaj) :)
You could count the ‘Wall-E Plays Among Us’ video as not minecraft because the spaceship map has been modified in blender and the scenes of Wall-e on the keyboard are not in a minecraft world and is fully assembled in blender (That’s why it looks very simple). And I just think it looks more colourful and unique seeing the Wall-e cast in a blocky & colourful world
