Great video, really glad you did a review on the MCA pro streets. I nearly pulled the trigger on some BC racing coilovers, but glad I changed my mind and got the MCA pro streets.
@mr duongt tv, thank you for doing this video, I was waiting for this review. These would be perfect for my daily driver (Current WRX Sportswagon) offering my target of comfortable but sporty driving with reduced body roll. Love how you can bring back up to factory height too if needed. MCA have nailed it with this offering!! Thanks again man.
Great coverage. Thank you. They say that coilovers are the superior choice over a spring and shock option. May I ask, have you a possible scale out of ten for cornering/handling and then maybe comfort level for each option; stock, comfort, street and sport? It would be super helpful to understand your perspective over stock suspension to help ascertain the benefits of going coilover instead of spring/shocks.
yeah nah wouldn't be able to put a number on it mate. Pro comforts just for street driving. Pro Street and Pro Sports feel very similar on the corner, but pro streets are more comfortable because of the dampening. Pro Street if you love spirited driving, and Pro sports if you're planning to take it on track. They become less comfortable as you move up the range. All are much more comfortable than stock.
@@MrDuongTV1 The crazy part is, there are not many great reviews like yours. I am actually looking to upgrade a Calais V V8. Typically, coilovers are bettering the small sports cars. I see an opportunity to for a Commodore to do one or two fits/reviews like yours? Being more comfortable and matching some of the performance of a HSV would be a game changer for MCA. I need more to go on, but I'm interested...
I have mca comfort and white line sway bars on my evo x. Its a great set up for my use case. If you don't have rear sway bar, yet, do it. It made a huge difference in my old sti. The stock sway bars in wrx/sti is very thin
Great choice mate. I had the full sway bar set by whiteline but quickly took it off. It had so many faults but whiteline refused to replace or refund it because a 5.7mm bow in my rear sway bar was "within tolerance"
@kimzor1989 car felt unpredictable, but that could have been the scrappy coilovers I had at the time too. It definitely caused an issue trying to set the height, one side was always higher than the other by 5.7mm
Nice video. I’m about to buy Mx5 with “pro street “ fitted. And I would like to go in track occasionally. Do you think with right tune up I’ll be ok ? Thank you
Hey mate. Yeah just turn up the stiffness and you'll be fine. Won't win you first place in a competitive race, but good for happy laps around the track!
Dear frend, Just got few questions since willing to buy it How it feel on sydney road, all those potholes, bumps and etc Will it be good enough to drive in sydney street for sharp turn and cornering. Really wanna have a genuine answer since 3k AUD is huge amnt 😢
Hi mate. Yes it's a lot of monies, but definitely worth the investment for comfort and performance reasons. If you keep it on the recommended comfort settings (10 front and rear, with hardest setting being 0) it's very comfortable and compliant. More importantly, much more comfortable than stock suspension over bumps and holes, while feeling sportier too. It's a lot of money but you're getting a quality product. If you get the shock shields in the same order, warranty is extended from 3 to 5 years.
@@MrDuongTV1 thanks a lot frend. Appreciate a lot will be buying it sooon. Thanks to you i am able to make decisions which i think hardest decision to make when its come to choosing right coilover
G'day mate. They've been perfect, the answer i didn't need, perfect blend between Pro Sports and pro comforts. Still have them on my car, haven't had to touch, readjust or check since installing. Definitely still recommend these to anyone who isn't racing seriously on track!
Not likely mate. But the Vostons are cheaper because they're not fully made by MCA in Aus, so they aren't able to monitor QC of everything like they do their Pro series
My 6 year old MCA Street Performance are still slaying on the track to this day, great product!
Only the best 🤙

Great choice mate, won't be disappointed.
Also, thanks for all the effort and videos regarding MCA, really enjoyed watching all the video. It was so helpful. Keep going my frend ❤
Cheers mate
Smart move by MCA, nice happy medium, I would have got these if I didn't have the Pro Sports, thanks for the video man.
Cheers mate! I've been seeing your VB JEDI on the road during my morning commute more often recently. Looks mint mate 👌
@@MrDuongTV1 Cheers mate appreciate it, I remember saying hi to you once, your car looks mint as well.

Finally!

Definitely a much better choice over the BCs mate
Did install them ?? How it feel ?

MCA have a line for the commodores, they're quite popular and for good reason too@paulLeo6569

Vlands look good bro
Not my favourite from the aftermarket but not bad hey. Cheers bro.

@ appreciate the response, I’m going to go ahead with the Pro Streets. Unfortunately I fell for the Nilvers too 🤣. Keep the content coming!
@DavidFranklin-w4p my condolences bro. Worst thing on the market 😂 car will feel even better bcos ride with Nilver's is absolutely crap 😂
Cheers mate
Great video! Thinking about getting the Voston comfort MCA's on my Levorg STI. Any chance you can review those?

I have Pro Sports in my STI. If the Pro Street and Pro Comfort are more comfortable then they must feel like driving a Camry.
Lool a very sporty camry at that
