Alvin Bragg will be in prison after Donald Trump appoints his new head of the doj and he gets charged and convicted for his crime of malicious and illegal persecution for political reasons.
And if I'm wrong explain how Alvin bread who's a state prosecutor can prosecute what equates to a federal crime if Donald Trump was guilty. Which he isn't but even if he was a state prosecutor cannot prosecute a federal election if he's obeying the law

That judge doesn't belong a courtroom other than being charged with allowing a fraudulent case in his court by a corrupted prosecutor if I'm wrong explain how a state prosecutor can prosecute what he's calling a federal crime. Presidential elections are federal elections so how can a state prosecutor prosecute somebody for a federal crime whether he committed it or not

Roe does a garbage decision the supreme Court made a good decision when they overturned roe.

Which is by itself an idiotic position. A president could in theory commit crimes in the last days of his presidency or resign minutes before being condemed by the senate and thus be completely immune to repercussions because an impeachment is a removal process, not a criminal indictment. Or they could have the senate arrested or assasinated, and since there is no senate to convict them, they are free to go.
What those justices do not understand is that once unleashed, the potential beneficiary of their weird interpretation of the immunity clause will, as a general rule, be an equal-opportunity abuser to all, including the justices. The Justices have been coddled and pampered for so long that they think the SCOTUS will remain intact under any and all circumstances. If they affirm this nonsense, what would stop an unbound president from disbanding it also?!
Also We got to deal with the president's pardon power.
What's to stop any president ordering one of his cabinet members to do an illegal act, and then pardon them. It's an endless, lawless, loop.
