Thank you! Yes, I did Nielsen Norman Group and an intensive at SVA. It does pay more… but it depends what you’re looking for. I worked in startups for three years while working my main job. My take is that I make more than enough money as a creative director and I enjoy the projects. I would always encourage everyone to try out both and see what they enjoy most!
