Yes. So it began when The War Of Wrath erupted. Valar. Maiar. Vanyar and remaining Ñoldor from the blessed realm untouched by Morgoth’s poison coming to aid the free peoples thanks to Elronds half elf father named Eärendil! But also we must thank Elrond’s mother Elwing too!

@@FilipLackovicMusic I love it. Sauron is one of my top favorite fictional characters. He's so complicated and interesting. And this totally captures the mystery, appeal, and hidden evil of Annatar.

@@dragonofmordor Back then he had other reasons to do what he was doing and it wasn’t to destroy anything. When he lost the ability to take fair form again he resorted to farm a derivative of orcs and “rule” over them. It wasn’t his dream. It was to have total order and to stave off Morgoth’s Ring which was from Morgoth pouring his very malice into the earth itself which caused magic to bleed from the world through the ages which drove most elves to seek the west if they knew about it etc.

Actually this was Sauron’s disguise in the second age. He took the form of a fair elf called “Annatar the Lord of Gifts” and claimed to be an emissary from the Valar to the Elves of Eregion.
