Sir when i plug in my both usb condenser mic (Maono au-420) on Mac, in Aggregate Device (option) only one Mic is showing as Input Device I bought them just few day ago. plz help me out sir 😔
Hi, everything works but there is no sound coming out of reaper on playback, is that normal? Also, do I connect my headphones to my mics or directly on my computer? I would prefer on my mics. Thanks!
Hi Karl. You should be able to assign your main computer output to just one of the microphones when you build aggregate device. That microphone will be the one you’ll have to plug headphones into.
Thank you for the great info guys! As to my question I have mentioned in a previous video, how do I remove hissing sound from my USB microphone? The model is Maono Fairy AU903. Thanks once again!
Oh, yeah I was checking on that and I squirreled. Do you know if the hissing sound is there when you are playing back audio that you have recorded - NOT through the microphone, like through headphones directly plugged into your computer. Sometimes the headphone output can be hissy without effect the recorded signal.
@@podsoundschool I see I didn't know that as I freaked out the moment I connect my earphones into the mic to test out the audio and heard the hiss. I'm using Anchor for now but I think I'll try with GarageBand as well
I learned about reaper watching your videos. So now that I downloaded it. I have the jlab talk mic and I’m not sure how to use it and edit my audio with reaper. Can you help?
It can be pretty tricky to learn. And there’s not a whole lot of tutorials on UA-cam specific to podcast editing. What sort of things are you having trouble with??
@@gladysacevedo8430 Maybe that is something I can make a video about. There are a few different ways to do that in Reaper that are very quick and easy. I will keep you posted when I have a video here on the Tube that will help you. I do also have an online course I made for podcasters called: Reaper 4 Podcasters. It's only 3 hours of lessons, but you come out like a legit podcast editor. You can find more info here: www.podsoundschool.com/r4p Let me know if you're interested I could hook you up with a coupon code for the course.
@@podsoundschool I follow you guys all the time and on Facebook, that's where I found out you had the course but unfortunately won't be able to get it. Making a video would be great thank you.
Hey Gladys, I wanted to let you know, that this Saturday 10am in our FB group I’ll be doing a LIVE Reaper demo where you can ask questions and I’ll be covering some of the questions you have. Your comment here inspired me to do so for the podamos in our community 😀.
Best video on youtube about this topic, straight to the point and simple

Thank you! Would you be interested in more gear review videos?

Could I do this same exact thing using recording software in my iPhone 11 or iPad? I most likely with need an USB powered hub.
Finally I found my answers! Thank you!
Can you do this with Ableton live?
The problem im having with this is that i cannot hear my guest talking through my headphones. Is there a good way to fix that?

Only on Reaper? Or you can do that with any other software?
You can do it with pretty much any DAW.
Thank you!✨
What's that app again?? I think you only mentioned it once and I didn't catch it
wtf rewind

I tried but since I used 2 of the same type of mics but it didn’t work
It should work with the same types of mics, you just have to test out the different inputs. The different inputs, 1, 2, or 3 will be different mics.
@@podsoundschool I have the same problem, have 2 the same mics and my Mac see only one of them, can you please explain how to connect two of them?,
@@podsoundschool It does not work on Windows PC with two of the same mics

Does this work with a usb hub
Yes. I believe so. I’ve tested it and it worked for me with 4 microphones.
USB mics are so easy to use. Plug and go!
They’re very convenient
waaaaooo
Unfortunately, you cannot use two similar mics at the same time. You can use two different mics
How do you know
Is that true???
hi thanks but speak a little bit slower
